Our returns policy is valid for 30 days after delivery, unfortunately after 30 days we do not offer a store credit or exchange. We also do not offer store credits or exchanges on Sale items.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified of receipt, and we will confirm whether the store credit request has been accepted. Store credits are processed within 28 days.
If, after 28 days you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for organising and covering the cost of returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a store credit, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for these reasons, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to rectify any issues. It is helpful if you can include photographs.
