Our returns policy is valid for 30 days after delivery, unfortunately after 30 days we do not offer a refund or exchange. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS:

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified of receipt and we will confirm whether the refund request has been accepted. Refunds are processed and credited back to the original method of payment, within 28 days.

If, after 28 days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thelacquercompany.com.

You will be responsible for organising and covering the cost of returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount. 

 

EXCHANGES: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your purchase for these reasons, please send us an email at info@thelacquercompany.com and we will be happy to rectify any issues. It is helpful if you can include photographs.
